摘    要:目的]探究适宜江苏仪征蔬菜生产绿色高效的施肥方式,加大新型微生物有机肥料在该地区的推广应用。方法]2015年与南京宁粮生物工程有限公司合作在黄瓜上进行生物有机肥试验,研究生物有机肥对黄瓜植株性状、产量和品质的影响。结果]与灭活的生物有机肥相比,施用生物有机肥处理植株株高、茎粗分别增加10.9、0.07 cm,果实纵径、横径分别增加2.00、0.29 cm,维生素C、可溶性糖、游离氨基酸含量分别增加5.8 mg/kg、0.2%、11.6 mg/kg。结论]生物有机肥的施用能有效促进黄瓜植株生长,促进果实产量的增加和品质的提升。

Effects of Biological Organic Fertilizer on Cucumber Plants Character,Yield and Quality
Abstract:Objective] The aim was to explore green and efficient fertilization method suitable for vegetable production in Yizheng City, Jiangsu Province, enhance popularization and application of new microbial fertilizer in local area.Method] Applying bio-organic fertilizer on cucumber with Nanjing Ning Liang Biological Emgineering Co.Ltd.in 2015, effects of bio-organic fertilizer on plants character, yield and quality of cu-cumber were studied.Result] Compared with inactivated bio-organic fertilizer, plant height, stem diameter was increased by 10.9, 0.07 cm respectively, fruit longitudinal diameter and transverse diameter was increased by 2.00, 0.29 cm respectively, vitamin C, soluble sugar, free a-mino acid content was increased by 5.8 mg/kg, 0.2%, 11.6 mg/kg respectively by applying bio-organic fertilizer.Conclusion] Applying bio-organic fertilizer can effectively promote cucumber plant growth , promote fruit yield increasing and quality improvement .
