上海璞丽酒店入口景观质量评价与优化研究

酒店入口作为酒店对外的主要结合部,不仅具有迎送客人、展现酒店气质的作用,同时还具有协调酒店建筑与城市空间的功能,因此酒店入口景观设计显得尤为重要。笔者从现有酒店入口设计方面的研究现状出发,结合相关政策和法规,从设计的基础理论、技术可行性、管理(运营成本、安全性)和法律法规层面综合分析,运用AHP层次分析法,从酒店入口空间的功能性、美感度、生态性和文化性4个准则层建立评价指标体系,运用综合指数法构建酒店入口空间质量评价模型。以此为基础,构建一套适用于商务酒店入口景观评价的指标体系。选用上海璞丽酒店作为实例酒店,寻找现有酒店入口景观设计方面的不足之处,最后提出相应的改进建议。研究旨在为相关领域的学者提供一些景观评价、设计策略等方面的参考。

Entrance Landscape Quality Assessment and Optimization of Shanghai The Puli Hotel and Spa

The hotel entrance is main connect place between outside and inside,which not only has the function of greeting guests and shows ho-tel’s temperament,but also has the function of coordination of hotel buildings and urban space.Therefore,the hotel entrance landscape design is particularly important.Starting from the current status of hotel entrance design,the basic theory,technical feasibility,management and laws were comprehensively analyzed by combining with the relevant policy and law.Evaluation index system was established by AHP analytic hierarchy pro-cessfrom four criterion layers of functionality, aesthetic degree, ecology and culture of hotel entrance space.Synthetical index method was used to establish the quality evaluation model of hotel entrance space.Based on these,an index system for practical and commercial hotel entrance land-scape evaluation was constructed.With Shanghai The Puli Hotel and Spa as the research object,disadvantages in landscape design of hotel en-trance were found out.Finally,corresponding suggestions were put forward.This research aimed to provide references for the landscape evaluation and design strategy of relevant researchers.
