摘    要:目的]研究不同产地库尔勒香梨萼端黑斑病对果实品质的影响。方法]以沙依东园艺场和阿克苏地区生产的库尔勒香梨为试验材料,通过对贮藏过程中健康梨和感病梨色差(L、a、b值)、可溶性固形物含量和果实硬度的测定,研究不同产地库尔勒香梨萼端黑斑病对果实品质的影响。结果]沙依东健康梨L和b值大于阿克苏,a值小于阿克苏。同一产地健康梨和感病梨L、a、b值差异显著,感病梨a和b值大于健康梨,L值小于健康梨。2个产地库尔勒香梨果实的可溶性固形物含量和果实硬度均呈逐渐下降趋势,感病梨中2个指标的下降速度比健康梨更快。沙依东库尔勒香梨的可溶性固形物含量变化较小,因而品质较好。结论]该研究为提高库尔勒香梨果实品质和控制其萼端黑斑病的发生提供理论依据。

Effects of Calyx end Black Spot of Korla Fragrant Pear from Different Producing Areas on Fruit Quality
Abstract:Objective] The aim was to study effects of calyx end black spot of Korla fragrant pear in different producing areas on fruit quality. Method] Shayidong and Aksu Korla fragrant pear were used as test materials in this experiment,effects of calyx end black spot of Korla fragrant pear in different producing areas on fruit quality were studied through the determination of color difference(L,a,b value),soluble solids content and fruit hardness in healthy and diseased pear in the process of storage. Result] Results showed that L and b values in Shayidong healthy pear were greater than Aksu,a value was less than Aksu.There were significant difference on L,a,b value of healthy and diseased pear in the same ori-gin,a and b values were greater and L value was less in diseased pear than health pear.Soluble solid content and fruit hardness declined gradually in two producing areas,and two indicators in diseased pear fell faster than healthy pear.Soluble solids content changed less in Shayidong Korla fragrant pear and had good quality.Conclusion] The study can provide theoretical basis for improving quality of Korla fragrant pear and preven-ting occurrence of calyx end black spot.
