摘    要:目的]研究矿源性黄腐酸(Fulvic acid,FA)对肉鸭生产性能的影响。方法]选取1日龄樱桃谷肉鸭480只,采用单因素试验设计,随机分为4组,对照组、试验组Ⅰ、试验组Ⅱ、试验组Ⅲ分别饲喂含0、0.25‰、0.50‰和0.75‰的矿源性FA的玉米-豆粕型饲粮,研究矿源性黄腐酸对肉鸭生产性能的影响。结果]饲粮添加不同比例的FA对肉鸭全试验期的体重、增重、采食量和料重比没有显著影响(P0.05),但对个别周龄的体重、采食量和料重比有显著的影响(P0.05);FA对血清总蛋白浓度没有显著影响(P0.05),试验组Ⅱ和试验组Ⅲ尿素氮浓度显著大于其他2组(P0.05),尿酸浓度随着饲粮中FA含量的增加而显著增加(P0.05),而试验组Ⅰ尿酸浓度显著低于其他组(P0.05);FA对粪中的尿素氮和尿酸含量有显著影响(P0.05),随着肉鸭日粮FA含量的增加,排泄物中尿酸和尿素氮的含量显著降低(P0.05)。结论]肉鸭饲粮中添加黄腐酸钾能够提高饲料氮的利用率,生产中肉鸭饲粮中的FA含量以0.75‰为宜。

Effects of Dietary Fulvic Acid on the Performance of Ducks and the Biochemical Index
Abstract:Objective] The aim was to study the effects of ore-derived fulvic acid on production performance of meat duck.Method] 1-day-old Cherry Valley duck 480, were randomly divided into four groups(control group, test groupⅠ, test group Ⅱand test group Ⅲ), fed the corn-soybean meal diets, each containing 0‰, 0.25‰ , 0.50‰ and 0.75‰ of ore-derived fulvic acid.Effects of dietary fulvic acid on the production performance of meat ducks were studied.Result]Adding different proportions of fulvic acid, duck weight, weight gain, feed in-take and feed conversion ratio had no significant effect (P<0.05), but had a significant impact on the individual week-old (P>0.05);Diet-ary fulvic acid had no significant effect on total protein concentration of duck serum (P>0.05), blood urea nitrogen concentration of 0.5‰and 0.75‰ group was significantly larger than the other two groups (P<0.05), uric acid concentration increased significantly along with the fulvic acid concentration in the diet (P<0.05), but 0.25‰ group was significantly lower than other groups (P<0.05); Fulvic acid had a significant influence (P<0.05) on urea nitrogen and uric acid in manure, uric acid and urea nitrogen excretion was significantly reduced ( P<0 .05), along with increasing dietary fulvic acid content.Conclusion] Dietary fulvic acid can improve feed utilization of nitrogen.In terms of improving the feed efficiency, adding 0.75‰ fulvic acid is preferably in duck diet.
