烤烟几个生理指标与镁累积量的关系

摘    要: 在不同供水水平条件下,镁的累积与呼吸强度、蒸腾强度、根系活力、根系总活力、硝酸还原酶活性,均呈正相关关系。其中与根系活力和根系总活力在旺长期以前是显著正相关。供水过多、过少各生理指标偏低,不利镁的积累;供水适宜,生理活动旺盛有利镁的累积。成熟期单株镁的积累量对硝酸还原酶活性有一定影响,而硝酸还原酶能显著促进烟叶中烟碱含量的增加。成熟期的根系总活力,也有助于烟碱含量的提高。

Abstract:In different level of water supply condition, magnesium accumulation positive correlated with the rate of respiration, root activity, total root activity, activity of nitrate reductase Among them, before the period of vigorous growth, magnesium accumulation significantly correlated with root activity and total root activity A little lower physiological index and repressive magnesium accumulation take place with excessive or inadequate water with the contrary, the tobacco plant shows vigorous physiological activity and magnesium accumulating naturally Periods of maturation, magnesium accumulation in single plant influences nitrate reductase which remarkably promote nicotine quantities in leaf Root activity does the same
