荧光茧色性连锁家蚕品种的荧光色素研究

摘    要:用紫外光谱分析和纸上色层分析法,对荧光茧色性连锁家蚕品种“荧光”的荧光色素进行了研究。结果表明:茧层的荧光色素来源于中部丝腺,中部丝腺的荧光色素来源于血液,丝腺对荧光色素没有选择吸收功能;5龄4 d后雌雄蚕血液荧光色出现差异,丝腺则在5 d后产生差异;雌雄茧的荧光色主要由4种荧光色素构成,色素种类无差异,造成雌雄荧光茧色差异的原因是各种色素的含量不同;5龄4 d后,随日龄的增加,雄蚕血液的黄色荧光随之加深,而雌蚕中肠的黄色荧光不断加深。雌性中肠对黄荧光色素的透过性低下,可能是造成雌雄荧光色差异的主要原因。

Abstract:The fluorochrome of the sex-linkaged cocoon fluorescent color variety "Yingguang" is studied by the UV spectral photometry and paper chromatography.The results showed that the fluorochrome of cocoon comes from middle silkgland,the fluorochrome of middle silkgland comes from flood,and that the silkgland has no selective absorpting function.The difference of fluorescent color in flood appeared after the 4th day of the 5th instar and that in the silkgland was after the fifth day.The fluorescent color is mainly made of some four kinds of fluorochrome,but the contents are different,which is the reason of the difference of fluorochrome between female and male.After the forth day of the fifth instar,the yellow fluorochrome in flood of male and midgut of female deepen with each passing day,so the low permeability of the female midgut to yellow fluorochrome may be the possible reason for the difference of fluorescence betweed male and female.
