摘    要:研究稻草不同覆盖厚度对甘薯产量和氮代谢的影响,并探讨甘薯产量、叶片氮含量与代谢相关酶活性之间的相关性,旨在筛选出适合甘薯栽培的最佳覆盖方式,为甘薯高产栽培提供理论依据。结果表明:(1)各覆盖处理的产量高低顺序为:草2+土>草4+土>草>对照;(2)相关性分析表明,各处理的甘薯产量与叶片全氮含量呈显著正相关,与硝酸还原酶(NR)活性呈极显著正相关;叶片全氮含量与可溶性蛋白含量、NR、谷氨酰胺合成酶(GS)、谷氨酸脱氢酶(GDH)活性均呈极显著正相关。综合各项指标认为,草2+土可用作甘薯栽培上适宜的覆盖方式,氮代谢相关指标可作为判断甘薯长势与产量高低的理论参考。

Abstract:In order to choose the best mulching method and provide a theoretical basis of high-yield cultivation, the effects of different thickness of straw covering on the yield and nitrogen metabolism in sweet potatoes were investigationed, and the relationships among the yield, the nitrogen contents, and the activities of the nitrogen metabolism related enzymes were probed. The yield of all the mulching treatments ranked as straw-2 + soil> straw-4 +soil>straw>contro. The correlation analysis showed that the yield had significant positive correlations with the contents of the total nitrogen of leaves, as well, all the contents of the total nitrogen of leaves had extremely significant positive correlations with the contents of the soluble protein, the activity of nitrate reductase(NR), glutamine synthase(GS) and glutamate dehydrogenase(GDH). According to the above comprehensive indicators, it was considered that the nitrogen metabolism related indicators could be used as one of the theoretical characteristics in judging the growth and the yield of sweet pKoetaytoweosr.
