基于知识图谱的天然橡胶研究热点计量分析

摘    要:利用文献计量方法结合CiteSpace技术,对2002~2016年Web of Science收录天然橡胶研究文献关键词进行共现分析,以可视化图谱呈现不同时期(2002~2006、2007~2011、2012~2016年)天然橡胶领域的研究热点。结果表明:该领域由早期橡胶树天然橡胶生物合成与调控、产排胶及防御关键蛋白与基因、橡胶林土壤有机碳、生态效应与生物多样性研究,逐渐转向产胶植物天然橡胶生物合成、橡胶树胶乳再生及其对外界刺激或非生物胁迫的响应、橡胶林土地利用变化效应研究;3个时期研究内容由少到多,由浅入深,学科交叉明显。研究热点还涉及橡胶树杂交育种、遗传转化和分子标记等辅助育种、天然橡胶制品胶乳蛋白过敏,天然橡胶微生物降解是新兴研究热点。

Quantitative Analysis of Research Hotspots on Natural Rubber Based on Science Mapping

Abstract:Bibliometrics and CiteSpace were used to perform cluster analysis of the keywords of literatures about natural  rubber during 2002 to 2016 in the Web of Science database. The research hotspots of natural rubber fields in different periods (years 2002~2006, 2007~2011 and 2012~2016) were presented on the visualizing map. The results indicated that early studies focused on the natural rubber biosynthesis and its regulation, latex production and discharge or vital defense proteins and relevant genes in rubber tree. And soil organic carbon, ecological effects and biodiversity of rubber plantation were also the hotspots in this period. Afterwards, topics turned to the natural rubber biosynthesis in rubber-producing plants, latex regeneration and its responses to external stimulus or abiotic stress in rubber trees. The effects of land use changes from transformation of tropical rain forest into rubber plantation were also focused in this period. The research contents increased and deepened from time to time in three periods and the discipline-crossing was obvious. The hotspots  additionally referred to cross breeding, genetic transformation and molecular markers in rubber trees, and the protein allergy of natural rubber products as well. The latest hotspot was biodegradation of natural rubber.
