荔枝花性别分化过程的荧光显微观察

摘    要:通过荧光显微的方法,对荔枝花性别歧异状况和过程进行观察。结果表明:荔枝单花在性别的形态分化前都存在两性原基,雌花和雄花早期发育基本同步。在减数分裂完成时(花蕾直径1.8mm左右),即开始进入花性别歧异阶段,可以从雌雄蕊消长以及雌蕊花柱道和雄蕊花药壁发育状况,判别花朵性别岐异的方向。这将为进一步开展花性别分化机理研究,或调控花性别歧异途径提供依据。

Abstract:Fluorescence microscopy was used to observe the status and process of litchi(Litchi chinensis Sonn.) flower sex differentiation. The result showed that both male and female flowers existed hermaphrodite primordium and developed synchronously at the early stage before their morphological differentiation. The sex differentiation was initiated after meiosis completed (bud diameter was about 1.8 mm). The direction of flower sex differentiation could be defined according to the growth and decline of pistil and stamen, and the developmental status of pistil stylar canal and stamen anther wall. This study provided the experimental basis for investigating flower sex differentiation mechanism and regulating flower sex differentiation of litchi in the further.
