油菜雄性不育系微量花粉与其农艺性状相关性研究

摘    要:为了更好地利用不育系,对优质油菜(B.napus)细胞质雄性不育系681A的微量花粉特性进行了研究。发现该不育系微量花粉对不育系植株及杂种后代的长势、花器大小及农艺性状等有较大影响。随着不育系不育程度的增大,不育系和杂种生长渐弱,且花变小,角果变短,种子数变少,农艺性状变差,提出利用较多微量花粉的不育系异地制种,是兼顾油菜“三系”杂种纯度和杂种优势的较好途径。

Abstract:To fulfill the potential of sterile line,experiments were carried out to study the effects of frace pollen on vigor,flower organ size and agronomic characters of high quality rapeseed cytoplasmic male sterile line 681A and its hybrids.The results show that the higher the male sterility degree of 681A is,the weaker the vigor,the smaller the flower organs,the shorter the siliques,the less the seeds,the poorer the agronomic performance,and the lower the seed yield of 681A.A better route of seed production for the cytoplasmic male sterile line with trace pollen is proposed that hybrid seed should be produced in other regions with stable temperature during the flowering by using sterile line with pollens.
