摘    要:田间状况下对烤烟下、中、上3个部位叶片成熟过程中烟碱、蛋白质及游离氨基酸等主要含氮化合物含量的变化进行了分析。结果表明,随着烟叶部位的上升,烟碱、蛋白质与游离氨基酸含量无明显的变化规律;随着移栽后天数的增加,新鲜烟叶中烟碱含量呈现出逐渐增加的变化趋势,蛋白质含量总的变化趋势是逐渐下降的,游离氨基酸含量呈现出逐渐下降的变化趋势。3个烟叶部位之间烟碱和游离氨基酸含量的差异不显著,蛋白质含量的差异极显著;不同移栽后天数之间烟碱、蛋白质和游离氨基酸含量的差异均极显著。移栽后天数与烟碱含量之间呈极显著正相关,与蛋白质、游离氨基酸含量之间呈极显著负相关;烟叶中烟碱与蛋白质、游离氨基酸含量之间呈极显著负相关,蛋白质与游离氨基酸含量之间呈极显著正相关。

Abstract:The changes of major nitrogen components content in flue-cured tobacco green leaves during mature period were analyzed.Furthermore,the variance and relation analysis with nicotine,protein,free amino acid(FAA) in green leaves were carried out.Leaf samples were taken from different leaf positions and dates in Heilongjiang Province.With the increasing days after transplanting,nicotine was increased and protein,FAA was decreased.The difference of nicotine,protein and FAA content in different days was extremely significant.The day after transplanting was extremely significant positive correlation with nicotine content,and was highly significant negative correlation with protein and FAA content.The highly significant negative correlations were observed between nicotine and protein,FAA,and the highly significant positive correlations between protein and FAA.
