摘    要:通过柔枝松(Pinus flexilis James.)种子丙二醛(MDA)含量变化实验,研究种子在老化过程中MDA含量的变化情况,以进一步掌握不同种源种子的生活力.结果表明:在发芽过程中,5个柔枝松种源种子丙二醛(MDA)含量发生明显的变化.正常种子胚乳中含量呈下降趋势,而在胚根中则相反;经过人工老化处理,丙二醛(M DA)含量明显增加,以种源Rs和Rg增加较多.通过实验判断柔枝松种源Rsd和Rsi种子的品质较好,膜脂受损程度较小.同时也为国内林木种子活力的研究提供借鉴.

Abstract:The study focused on the variation of MDA content in the seeds of Pinus flexilis James.The results indicated that the quantity of MDA changed in five provenances during germination.The quantity of MDA in the albumen of provenances significantly decreased.On the contrary,it increased in radicle of provenances.Based on the artificial aging treatment,the quality of the provenances of Rs and Rg were much better.This study provided that the quality of the provenances of Rsd and Rsi were much better,and provided ...
