斜茎黄芪与膜荚黄芪杂交种的核型分析

摘    要:利用根尖压片法对斜茎黄芪与膜荚黄芪的杂交种(黄芪草)染色体进行了核型分析.结果表明,黄芪草的染色体数目与父母本相同,2n=16,染色体基数为8,染色体相对长度变化范围为2.79%~8.18%;最长染色体与最短染色体的比值为2.93;平均臂比为2.67;核型公式为2n=16 =6m+6 Sm+4St,与母本斜茎黄芪相似.

Abstract:The Karyotype Analysis using root-tip squashing method of Hybrid between Astragalus adsurgens and Astragalus membranaceus.The result showed that chromosome number of Hybrid was equal to its parents,2 n=16,and the basic chromosome number was 8.The range of the relative length of chromosome was 2.79% to 8.18%.The ratio of the longest chromosome and the shortest one was 2.93.The average arm ratio was 2.67.The karyotype formula was 2 n=16=6 m+6 Sm+4 St,and was similar with the female parent.
