摘    要:目的]筛选接骨木总黄酮最佳提取工艺。方法]以怀化产接骨木为原料,采取乙醇为溶剂超声波辅助提取,以正交试验方法优化总黄酮提取工艺。结果]以原料30倍量的浓度70%乙醇作为溶剂、提取功率420W、提取时间30min,即可获得接骨木总黄酮最佳提取效果,各试验因素对接骨木总黄酮类物质提取量的影响顺序为提取时间>提取功率>固液比>乙醇浓度。结论]该工艺可行。

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to filter the best extraction process of Flavonoids from Sambucus williamsii Hance.. Method] Choosing Sambucus williamsii Hance. made in Huaihua as material, the optimum extracting process was selected based on the orthogonal test by supersonic extraction. Result] The optimum condition of supersonic extraction was as follow: Extracting solvents was ethanol at 70%, the ratio of liquid to solid as 30∶1, extracting time was 30 min, extraction power was 420 W. The effect of each condition on the yield was in the following order: Extracting time, extraction power, the ratio of liquid to solid, ethanol concentration. Conclusion] The best optimization outcome had a good repeatability.
