| 摘 要： | 采用高效液相色谱法测定马兜铃中马兜铃酸A的含量。采用色谱柱为C18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm);以甲醇-水-乙酸(70∶28∶2)为流动相,流速:1.0ml/min;检测波长315nm;柱温25℃。结果表明,马兜铃中马兜铃酸A同其他成分分离度良好。线性范围:0.21~0.61μg。平均回收率为97.50%。该法简便快速,灵敏度高,结果准确,可用于测定马兜铃中马兜铃酸A的含量。
