| 摘 要： | 二点委夜蛾〔Athetis lepigone（Moschler）〕是鳞翅目夜蛾科害虫,自2005年在河北省首次发现为害夏玉米以来,成为近年夏玉米生产中少见的严重害虫。为了明确二点委夜蛾的抗寒性及越冬能力,测定了几种不同状态下的老熟幼虫及蛹的过冷却点和结冰点温度。结果表明：不同食物饲养的老熟幼虫过冷却点温度范围为-5.63～-4.32℃,差异不显著,但经低温处理后过冷却点温度有所降低（为-8.36℃）;而低温处理后作茧的老熟幼虫耐寒性最强,过冷却点和结冰点温度分别达到了-25.35℃和-9.98℃。初步推断,在华北地区二点委夜蛾主要以老熟幼虫作茧越冬,在较温暖地区也有以老熟幼虫或蛹越冬的可能性。

| Abstract: | In order to clarify the cold resistance and overwintering ability of Athetis lepigone,the supercooling points（SCPs） and freezing points（FPs） of mature larvae and pupae were tested.The results showed that the SCPs of mature larvae fed with different food were at-5.63 ℃ to-4.32 ℃,while there were no significant difference.After cold treatment,the SCPs decreased to-8.36 ℃.And the cold tolerance of mature larvae making cocoons（overwinter stage） was great,and the SCPs and FPs was-25.35 ℃ and-9.98 ℃,respectively.It was concluded that the overwintering stage was the mature larvae with cocoon in North China.In warmer areas the overwintering stages maybe the mature larvae or pupae. |
