江苏省水土保持与生态环境建设

多年的水土流失使江苏省山丘区水旱灾害交替频繁。近几年来,江苏省水土保持生态环境建设虽取得了一定的成效,但由于存在资金不足、监督执法力度不大等问题,影响了江苏省水土保持生态环境建设速度。提出了建立健全资金渠道、科技支撑、监督执法等水土保持生态环境建设保障机制,以加大建设力度,实现江苏省水土保持生态环境建设近期和远期目标。

Many years＇ water loss caused the frequent alternate of flood and drought disasters in massif areas of Jiangsu Province.Although the soil and water conservation and ecological environment construction had gained certain achievements in recent years,the construction speed was still restricted for the lack of capital scarcity,and supervision and law enforcement power.The guarantee mechanisms of capital channel,scientific support and supervision and law enforcement for soil and water conservation and ecological environment construction were put forward to realize the near-term and long-term objectives of soil and water conservation and ecological environment construction in Jiangsu Province.
