| 摘 要： | 本文首次采用磁珠DNA提取法对多年保存的昆虫标本DNA进行微量提取。通过对实验结果和所测基因片段进行分析,发现磁珠DNA提取法对于多年保存,DNA微量且已出现断裂的标本具有良好的提取效果,完全满足后续实验需要。

| Abstract: | In this paper,adopt the improved method of Mag-Bind DNA Kit to extract DNA from insect specimen which were preserved for many years.We analysed and compared the experimental results.They were proved that the DNA obtained were suitable for experiment in future. |
