鸡冠花嵌合体研究初报

摘    要:调查了三个花坛中1093株鸡冠花,发现嵌合体18株,平均出现频率为1.65%,高者达5.11%。嵌合体有分枝型和无分枝型,二者茎叶的嵌合特征基本一致,但花序的嵌合特征则不同。无分枝型植株均为穗状聚合花序,根据花序的嵌合程度,可分为红嵌、黄嵌和红黄均嵌三类型。分枝型植株间和同一植株的各个分枝花序形状不同,根据各个分枝花序的嵌合特征,可分五个类型。

Abstract:1095 cockscombs were investigated in three gardens, in which 18 chimeraswere found. The total mosaic frequence was 1.74% but their frexquences weredifferent from each other. The highest was as high as 5.11%. According totheir stem, leaf, inflorescence and branch, chimeras were divided intobranching and non branching types. There were three sub-types: main-yellow color mosaic, yellow red equilcolor mosaic and main-red color mosaic, in the non-branching type. Frommain-yellow color mosaic to main-red color mosaic, various changing formscould be seen. The branching type could also be dived into several subtypesaccording as the Sub-branch had mosaic or not, and inflorescence combined ordispersed.
