摘    要:为探讨丛枝菌根(AM)真菌在草莓生长和生理中的作用,试验采用盆栽方法,共设6种接种处理,以生长在自然状态下植株的为对照(CK),研究了不同AM真菌对草莓生长的影响。结果表明,6 种AM真菌侵染草莓根系后,各生长指标相比对照均有不同程度的提高,根系活力也明显增大;处理早期根系过氧化物酶(POD)、苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性有一定程度下降,随后开始明显高于对照;接种可以明显提高叶绿素b和类胡萝卜素含量,但对叶绿素总量影响不大。综合比较认为,Glomus mosseae对草莓促生作用最明显。

Abstract:In order to investigate more information on the effects of AM fungi on the strawberry growth and physiology, this test adopt the method of potted plant, and used six inoculation treatment, take the plant in natural environment as the control(CK), to analyze the effect of different AM fungi on the growth of strawberry. The results showed that all the growth target have different degrees improvement, comparing with CK treatment after the strawberry root was infected by the six of AM fungi, and the activity of root also increased significantly; Early of treatment, it was declined on a certain degree for PAL and POD, and then began to show the situation of increasing significantly compared with CK treatment; Inoculated fungi can enhance the content of chlorophyll b and carotenoid significantly, but only a little effect on total chlorophyll. Compared with different inoculation treatment, we think the effect of Glomus mosseae on growth-promoting of strawberry was most obvious.
