刺参制品质量安全追溯系统设计与实现

摘    要:针对目前市场上刺参制品价格较高,但质量却良莠不齐的现象,保证刺参制品的质量安全尤为重要。以刺参制品为研究对象,分析其养殖加工的全流程,确定产品质量安全控制的关键点,进行HACCP计划一览表分析;对各环节进行了编码设计,并基于GS1编码框架对产品最终追溯码进行统一编码;采用B/S模式结构体系、使用C#语言编程,设计并实现了刺参制品质量安全追溯系统。该系统在加工最后环节生成统一追溯码和二维码,并连接控件实现标签打印功能。系统可以通过编码对产品各加工环节出现的问题实现精准定位;并且为消费者提供了产品追溯查询平台。消费者能够直接通过浏览器输入追溯码或扫描二维码查询到产品的全流程信息,对食品质量安全追溯系统研究有现实意义。

Abstract:According to the phenomenon that the price of products of stichopus japonicus is high but the quality is uncertain in the current market, it is important to guarantee the quality and safety of stichopus japonicus products. The paper takes stichopus japonicus products as the research object, analyzes the whole process of the cultivating and processing, identifies the critical control point of the product processing, and analyzes the HACCP plan list. Meanwhile, this paper designs coding schemes in various session, and designs the unified traceable coding based on the GS1 coding framework. By using B/S mode structural system and C#, we design and implement the quality and safety traceability system of stichopus japonicus products. The system generates a unified traceable code and two-dimensional code in the final session, and connects the controls to achieve the function of the label printing. This system is able to achieve precise positioning for damaged products which may appear in various processing sessions. Furthermore, it can provide traceability query platform of the product for consumers, so that consumers can query the whole process of products information by entering the traceable code in the browser or scanning two-dimensional code directly. This paper has practical significance for the research of food quality and safety traceability system.
