| 摘 要： | 综述了目前国内对油菜菌核病害发生原因及防治方法的研究概况，认为品种抗性差、气候条件和栽培条件适宜是油菜菌核病发生较重的主要原因。提出在采用一定的农业栽培措施基础上，应加强利用基因工程手段培育抗菌核病新品种及利用活体微生物研制油菜菌核病生防药剂的研究，旨在为油菜菌核病的防治提供参考。

| Abstract: | This paper summarized the causes of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum occurrence in rape and its control methods.It has been observed that weakly resistant varieties,climate and cultivation conditions were the major reasons for occurrence of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum in rape.In order to prevent and control the disease,genetic engineering methods and bio-control medicaments using living microorganism should be applied to develop new varieties of rape which are resistant to Sclerotinia sclerotiorum based on some cultivation measures. |
