摘    要:目的]研究3个葡萄品种在花芽分化过程中内源激素含量的变化,探寻葡萄花芽分化及发育的生理机制.方法]在葡萄花芽分化期,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定巨峰、维多利亚、赤霞珠等3个葡萄品种花芽内4种内源激素吲哚乙酸(IAA)、赤霉素(GA3)、玉米素核苷(ZRs)和脱落酸(ABA)含量的变化.结果]3个葡萄品种在花芽分化过程中IAA含量均表现为先降低到后期又略有升高;GA3含量在花芽分化期间表现为逐渐减少,到后期降至一个极低水平;ZRs含量均表现为前期降低、后期有较大幅度升高;维多利亚和赤霞珠的ABA含量表现为逐渐下降,巨峰的ABA含量表现为前期升高后急剧下降,3个品种的ABA含量后期均维持在一个较稳定的水平.结论]巨峰、维多利亚、赤霞珠葡萄的花芽分化需要较高水平的ZRs、低水平的GA3和较低水平的IAA.

Abstract:【Objective】The changes in endogenous hormone content were studied during flower bud differentiation in three grape varieties in order to study the physiological mechanism of bud differentiation and growth. 【Method】During the flower bud differentiation stage in three grapes varieties (Kyoho, Victoria and Cabernet Sauvignon), contents of four endogenous hormones, viz., IAA, GA3, ZRs and ABA were measured using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) kit. 【Result】During flower bud differentiation stage, IAA content in three grape varieties decreased initially, but later increased slightly. GA3 content in three grapes varieties gradually dropped and plunged to very low level finally. ZRs content in three grapes varieties reduced at beginning, but increased greatly with time. ABA content in Victoria and Cabernet Sauvignon showed gradual decreasing trend at first, however that in Kyoho increased initially before fell sharply afterwards. ABA content in three grape varieties maintained at a stable level during later stage. 【Conclusion】It is concluded that flower bud differentiation in three grape varieties needs higher concentration of ZRs, while low and very low concentration of GA3 and IAA, respectively.
