艾蒿挥发油的提取及体外抑菌活性

摘    要:确定艾蒿挥发油的CO2超临界流体提取工艺和挥发油的抑菌效果。采用CO2超临界流体提取技术、滤纸片扩散法测定抑菌效果。结果表明CO2超临界萃取的优化工艺为:使用新鲜材料不加夹带剂,压力在35Mpa、温度在45℃、提取时间为90min。艾蒿挥发油对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌均有明显的抑制效果,且抑菌效果随浓度的提高而加强。说明优化的CO2超临界流体技术提取的艾蒿挥发油具有抑菌效果。

Abstract:In order to determine the technology of CO2 supercritical fluid extraction of the essential oil from Artemisia argyi and the antibacterial activity of the essential oil,Used the technology of CO2 supercritical fluid extraction,filter paper diffusion method to determine inhibitory effect.The results showed that the optimizing technology of CO2 supercritical fluid extraction was using fresh raw materials of Artemisia argyi without entertainer,the pressure 35Mpa,temperature 45 ℃,extraction time 90min.The essential oil from Artemisia argyi had significant inhibitory effect on escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus,and the effect increased with the concentration.Indicated that the essential oil from Artemisia argyi extracted by the optimizing technology of CO2 supercritical fluid extraction had antibacterial effects.
