| Abstract: | Service-oriented government hold the value of "Citizen-Center" and "Social-Center". Electronic-government hold the tenet of "offering more convenient and quicker service for the citizen and social". The same concept of them decides that electronic-government will be the motive force of constructing of service-oriented government. |
