牡蒿组培快繁技术研究

摘    要:以牡蒿幼嫩茎段为外植体进行组培快速繁殖,选用MS为基本培养基,添加不同种类及浓度的激素,接种后进行对比试验。结果表明:牡蒿最佳初代培养基为MS+6-BA0.5mg/L+NAA0.5mg/L,继代培养以MS+6-BA1.0mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L组合增殖效果最好,生根的最佳培养基为1/2MS+IBA 0.5 mg/L

Abstract:Tissue culture and rapid propagation with Artemisia japonica young branches as explants were cross-examined by using MS as basic culture medium and supplying various hormones at different concentrations.It was found that the initial culture medium MS+6-BA 0.5mg/L + NAA 0.5mg/L,together with the sub-initial culture MS + 6-BA 1.0mg/L + NAA 0.1mg/L provided the best rate of propagation,while the culture medium of 1/2MS + IBA 0.5 mg/L provided the best result of root formation.
