摘    要:以水禽产品的各项检测结果为依据分析我国水禽产品质量安全状况。结果表明,我国水禽产品安全质量状况正在逐年好转。在明确我国水禽产品质量状况的基础上分析了引起水禽产品质量变化的主要影响因素,并制定了相应的安全防控措施,为我国水禽产业安全高效地发展提供了技术支持。

Abstract:The quality and safety situation of waterfowl products is analyzed based on the test results of waterfowl products,theresults show that the quality and safety situation of waterfowl products are improved year by year.Based on the above analysisof the quality and safety situation of waterfowl products,the main factors which affect product quality are also analyzed,and theprevention and control measures are formulated,which provide technical support for safe and efficient development of waterfowlindustry in China.
