莴苣皮对铬离子吸附条件的优化

摘    要:目的]优化莴苣皮粉末对Cr6+的吸附条件,为其综合利用提供科学依据。方法]以Cr6+浓度、吸附剂量、吸附剂粒径、吸附温度、吸附时间和pH值为研究指标,采用正交试验设计,考察了各因素对吸附效果的影响。结果]粒径为70目的莴苣皮粉末2.0g在温度低于40℃,初始pH值为7的条件下,对100ml浓度为120mg/L的污水溶液处理24h后,Cr6+去除率达到99.6%。结论]莴苣皮对Cr6+有很好的吸附性能,具有很好的应用前景。

Abstract:Objective] To explorer the Cr6+ absorption conditions of lettuce peel and provide a scientific basis for their comprehensive development.Method] The effects of various experiment parameters including absorbent amount,particle size,contact time,contact temperature,initial Cr6+ concentration and pH value were examined by orthogonal experimental design.Result] The optimum absorption conditions of 100 ml Cr6+ solution(120 mg/L)were as follows:temperature below 40 ℃,pH 7,lettuce peel powders 2.0 g in 70 mesh,time 24 h.The removal rate was up to 99.6% in the optimum conditions.Conclusion] Lettuce peel has a good adsorption performance of Cr6+ and good application prospects.
