银杏愈伤组织细胞中总黄酮提取工艺的比较

为探索从药用植物细胞中提取黄酮类活性物质，用简单、易工业实现的低成本工艺获得较大的总黄酮提取率，为工业生产提供理论依据和实践指导，以银杏愈伤组织为材料提取总黄酮并测定含量。利用乙醇提取、超声波提取和水提取3种方法对银杏愈伤组织中黄酮类化合物进行提取，以络合分光光度法测定的黄酮得率为衡量指标，得到各自最佳的提取条件。结果表明：利用乙醇法提取愈伤组织中总黄酮提取最佳条件是：80%的乙醇作为提取剂，料液比为1∶7（m∶v），于60℃提取3次，总黄酮得率为3.67%；超声波法提取最佳条件为60%的乙醇作为提取剂，料液比为1∶34（m∶v），提取65 min总黄酮，得率为4.57%；水提法的最佳条件是：水温90℃，料液比为1∶30（m∶v），提取3.5 h，总黄酮得率为2.95%。3种优化后的提取方法黄酮得率依次为：超声法＞乙醇法＞水提法。

Comparison of Total Flavonoids Extracting Methods on Ginkgo biloba Callus
