| Abstract: | The article described the comprehensiveness and integrality of new fishery implication under the guidance of scientific development view, the balance law of ecological economy, three key elements of fishery productivity, and the purpose of socialist fishery production, and so on. The attribute of fishery must tend to be the comprehensive development pattern with the development of commoditization and industrialization of fishery. The characteristic of the fishery production should increase the new content in order to meet the development of fishery. |
