摘    要:利用高抗条锈CIMMYT节节麦衍生系川05W4578与Sy95-71构建的F2群体,对川05W4578成株期的抗锈性进行了遗传分析。结果表明,川05W4578的抗条锈性状受两对基因控制,可用于抗条锈病育种。

Abstract:Chuan05W4578,a advanced wheat line derived from a CIMMYT Aegilops tauschii SQ-214,was highly resistant to Chinese newly epidemic yellow rust race(CYR32) at adult stage.To analyze the inheritance of stripe rust resistance and to map the resistant gene in Chuan05W4578,a total of 216 F2 progenies derived from the cross between resistant line Chuan05W4578 and susceptible variety Sy95-71 were used in present study.Results indicated that the stripe rust resistance of Chuan05W4578 was conferred by two dominant genes.Chuan05W4578 could be used wheat breeding for improving stripe rust resistance in Sichuan.
