| 摘 要： | 工程项目管理中的质量控制主要表现为施工组织和施工现场的质量控制,控制的内容包括工艺质量控制和产品质量控制.影响质量控制的因素主要有"人、材料、机械、方法和环境"等五大方面.因此,对这五方面因素严格控制,是保证工程质量的关键.
