| 摘 要： | 过氧化物酶体增殖剂激活受体γ(PPARγ)是核激素受体超家族成员.PPARγ具有多种生物学效应,对机体起重要作用,是目前的研究热点.本文对PPARγ的结构、作用机理以及生物学作用等进行了综述.

| Abstract: | Peroxisome proliferator-actived receptor gamma（PPARγ） belongs to the nuclear hormone factor superfamily. PPARγ has pleiotropic biological funetions, it is the focus of researches at present. In this article, we summarised its structure, mechanism and biological functions. |
