| Abstract: | It is analyzed the necessity of information technology education and teaching reform in non-computer major of agricultural universities. Also, it is discussed the importance of implementing the concept of integrity of teaching, learning and practice in information technology education and teaching. Then, it is provided contents, ways and means about information technology education and teaching reform. |
