冰核活性真菌的分离与鉴定

摘    要: 1997~1998年,从蚕豆等植物霜冻害标本中分离到了12株具有冰核活性的真菌,在-5.5℃下具有较强的冰核活性.室温下保存1年转入冰箱中保存半年的菌丝体培养液仍保持原有的强烈成冰核活性,表明其成冰核活性物质与冰核活性细菌有所不同.经鉴定,这12株冰核活性真菌均为燕麦镰刀菌(Fusarium avenaceum Sac.),这是国内有关冰核活性真菌研究的首次报道.

Abstract:From 1997 to 1998,12 strains of ice nucleation active(INA) fungi were isolated from 12 plants.All of them showed high ice nucleation active at -55 .When the mycelia broth was kept in room temperature for one year,and then kept in refrigerator for 6 months,the ice nucleation active of the broth was still as high as before.The result indicated that the ice nucleation active substance of the INA fungi was different from that of the ice nucleation active(INA)bacteria.The 12 strains of INA fungi were identified as Fusarium avenaceum Sacc.This is the first report of INA fungi in China so far.
