| 摘 要： | 近年来，我国饲料行业迅猛发展，将创新创业与饲料行业紧密结合，对实现农民持续增收、建设现代化农业有重要推动作用。动物营养与饲料科学专业向饲料行业输送了大量人才，为动物健康高效生产与饲料资源合理利用做出了杰出贡献。本文分析了动物营养与饲料科学专业人才在“大众创新，万众创业”背景下所处的环境与面临的问题，并提出了推进动物营养与饲料科学专业人才创新创业的对策，旨在为我国从饲料大国迈向饲料强国助力。

| Abstract: | In recent years,the feed industry of China has developed rapidly.The close combination of innovation and entrepreneurship and feed industry has played a critical role in promoting the sustainable income increase of farmer and the construction of modern agriculture.The subject of animal nutrition and feed science has provided a large number of talents to the feed industry and made great contributions to the healthy and efficient production of animals and the rational utilization of feed resources.This paper analyzed the environment and problem of talent in animal nutrition and feed science under the background of mass innovation and entrepreneurship,and put forward the countermeasures to promote the innovation and entrepreneurship of talent in animal nutrition and feed science,in order to help China from a feed country to a feed power. |
