耐践踏性是运动场草坪质量和使用寿命的关键，是运动场草坪的重要考核指标之一。它是由多方面因素控制的重要指标，是草坪草耐磨损性、耐土壤紧实性及恢复能力的综合体现。文章比较了不同草坪草种的运动场草坪之间的耐践踏性；坪床基质对运动场草坪耐践踏性的影响；以及耐践踏性研究中的践踏方式、效应和评价方法等方面进行了阐述，提出了目前研究中存在的问题，并指出了深入开展运动型草坪耐践踏机制和耐践踏性综合评价研究的必要性和实用性。
