| 摘 要： | 城市土地的高效集约化利用是城市可持续发展的客观要求,也是近年来国内外城市土地利用研究热点之一。为此,通过对目前我国城市土地利用存在问题的分析,阐述了我国城市土地集约利用的客观要求,并对城市土地集约利用的内涵进行了初步的探讨。同时,分析了土地集约利用的理论依据,并提出了我国城市土地集约利用的对策。 |

| Abstract: | The high intensivism utilization of city land is impersonal demand for city persistent development; which is one of the hotspots of investigating land utilization inside and outside country. This text analyses the impersonal demand of our city land through the matter that exists in the course of land utilization, discuss connotation of the land intensivism utilization. At the same time, analyses the academic gist for land intensivism utilization, therefore, put forward the countermeasure for land intensivism utilization. |
