常用杀虫剂对斜纹夜蛾的生物活性测定

摘    要:
为了明确不同常用杀虫剂对斜纹夜蛾的防治效果,采用浸叶法测定了16种杀虫剂对斜纹夜蛾的室内生物活性,结果表明:氟铃脲、氟啶脲对斜纹夜蛾的活性最高,LC50分别为0.701 1、1.270 1 mg/L,乙酰甲胺磷、三唑磷、敌百虫等有机磷类农药对斜纹夜蛾的活性较低。

Abstract:
In order to understand the effects of normal insecticides to Spodoptera litura,the paper investigated the susceptibility of Spodoptera litura to 16 kinds of different insecticides with leaf-dipping method.And the results indicated that Spodoptera litura was highly susceptible to Hexaflumuron and Chlorfluazuron,the LC50 values being 0.701 1 mg/L,1.270 1 mg/L respectively,and low susceptible to Acephate,Triazophos,Dipterex among 16 insecticides.
