| Abstract: | Programmed cell death(PCD)is a normal physiological responses that occur in cells under the control of their own genetic coding and a variety of factors.It is a universal phenomenon in the process of growth and development of plants and animals,and has become one of the focus of biological researches.The article introduces the concept and the basic characteristics of the PCD,highlights the mechanism of PCD,and outlooks the problems and practical significance that need to further study in the research of PCD. |
