活性酵素对中华倒刺鲃肝胰脏淀粉酶活性的影响

摘    要:研究了不同pH值下,在饲料中添加不同浓度的活性酵素饲养中华倒刺鲃(Spinibarbus sinensis Bleeker)29 d,测定中华倒刺鲃外部生长指标以及与鱼生长有密切相关的淀粉酶活性、活力指标。结果表明,活性酵素能够很好地促进中华倒刺鲃的生长,并对其肝胰脏淀粉酶的最适pH值有较大的影响。随着pH值的变化,淀粉酶活性也随之变化。正常情况下其最适pH为6.8~7.7,酶活力为10.97μg/min;在饲料中添加0.2%、0.4%活性酵素时,其最适pH值下,酶活力分别从10.97升为12.38和12.15μg/min;在饲料中添加0.6%活性酵素时,其最适pH值下,酶活力从10.97升为13.87μg/min。

Abstract:In this experiment, different concentrations of active ferment was added into the feed with various pH - values, Spinibarbus sinensis Bleeker was reared by using this feed for 29 days, and then the external growth indexes, pancreatic amylase activity, and vitality index of Spinibarbus sinensis were measured. The results showed that the active ferment could well promote the growth of Spinibarbus sinensis, and had a great impact on the optimum pH - value for pancreatic amylase. The activity of pancreatic amylase varied with the change in pH - value. Normally the optimum pH - value for pancrehtic amylase was 6.8 - 7.7, and the activity of this enzyme was 10.97 μg/min. After adding 0.2% or 0.4% active ferment into the feed, the activity of pancreatic amylase increased from 10.97μg/min to 12.38 μg/min or 12.15 μg/min respectively under the condition of optimum pH- value. When 0. 6% active ferment was added into the feed, the activity of this enzyme increased from 10.97 μg/min to 13.87 μg/min at the optimum pH - value.
