| 摘 要： | 分离野外采集到的西藏米林县和波密县野生灵芝菌株．采用全脱袋覆土埋栽的栽培方法，菌丝长满菌包后移至高效日光温室，经过三个月的栽培试验，在拉萨高效日光温室驯化栽培成功。

| Abstract: | Wild Ganoderma strains were isolated from Linzhi and Bomi Tibet. A bag cultivation tech- nique was used to attempt cultivation of these in greenhouses in Lhasa. The substrate was predominantly cotton seed husk and sawdust. When the fungus had fully colonised the substrate, the plastic bag was re- moved and each bag covered horizontally with soil in a greenhouse and the temperature and humidity con- trolled. By the end of 3 months the Ganoderma fruited prolifically . |
