丁二酸浸种对玉米幼苗生理代谢及产量的影响

摘    要:采用盆栽和大田试验相结合,研究了不同浓度的丁二酸浸种对玉米幼苗生理代谢及产量的影响。结果表明,适宜浓度的丁二酸浸种能够促进玉米幼苗的生长,增加生物量,改善根部性状,提高幼苗叶片叶绿素和可溶性蛋白含量,增强硝酸还原酶活性;用200~400 mg/L浓度的丁二酸浸种可显著增加玉米产量,增产率为12.20%~12.50%。

Abstract:With the field and pot experiments,effects of soaking seeds with succinic acid on physiological metabolism of maize seedling and yield were studied in this paper.The results showed that the suitable concentration of succinic acid could promote the growth of maize seedling and increase the dry matter accumulation of maize seedling,the contents of leaves chlorophyll and soluble protein were improved,and nitrate reeducates activity of leaves and roots activities was enhanced.Maize grain yield was markedly increased by 12.20%-12.50% when treated with 200-400 mg/L.
