摘    要:[目的]探讨日本沼虾重金属中毒死亡的机制,为其养殖水质管理提供依据。[方法]采用直线内插法,计算Cu2+对日本沼虾24、487、29、6 h的半致死浓度(LC50),通过胁迫试验,测定日本沼虾肌肉中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷丙转氨酶(GPT)、谷草转氨酶(GOT)的活性。[结果]24℃条件下Cu2+对日本沼虾244、87、29、6 h的LC50分别为0.189、0.134、0.1230、.110 mg/L。随着Cu2+浓度的增加,日本沼虾肌肉中SOD活性逐渐降低。Cu2+能明显抑制日本沼虾肌肉组织中GPT和GOT活性,且随着Cu2+浓度的增大,抑制作用增强。[结论]Cu2+对日本沼虾的毒性作用较强。Cu2+可能是通过影响日本沼虾体内的酶的功能而损害其各种生理活动,从而使虾体受害。

Toxicity Study of Cu2+ on Macrobrachium nipponense
Abstract:[Objective] The aim was to discuss the mechanism of heavy metal inducing Macrobrachium nipponense toxic death and provide the basis for the water quality management of aquaculture.[Method] The median lethal concentration(LC50) of Cu2+ to M.nipponense at 24,48,72 and 96 h was calculated by linear interpolation and the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD),alanine transaminase(GPT) and aspartate aminotransferase(GOT) in muscle of M.nipponense was detected by stress experiment.[Result] The median lethal concentration(LC50) of Cu2+ to M.nipponense at 24,48,72 and 96 h was 0.189,0.134,0.123 and 0.110 mg/L,resp.at 24 ℃.The SOD activity in muscle of M.nipponense was decreased gradually with the increase of the concn.of Cu2+.GPT and GOT activity in muscle of M.nipponense were inhibited by Cu2+ obviously and the inhibitory effect increased with the increase of the concn.of Cu2+.[Conclusion] The toxic effect of Cu2+ on M.nipponense was stronger.Cu2+ could damage all kinds of physiological activities through affecting the enzymatic function in the body of M.nipponense to make the M.nipponense body injured.
