| 摘 要： | 农业是国民经济的基础,是关系国计民生的重要部门。鉴于农业的基础性和弱质性决定了财政在任何时候都要给予支持和保护。在中国农业发展进入新的历史时期,政府应规范和约束各级财政的支农行为,调整支农政策,加大对农业的支持力度,以实现农业的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | Agriculture held the most important position in the economy, Fiscal support about agriculture is necessary at any time because it''s specific characteristics. In order to realize the sustainable development of agriculture the governments should standardize and constraint the behavior of the fiscal support about agriculture, adjust the policies of fiscal support about agriculture, enlarge the investment in the agriculture. |
