| 摘 要： | 发展优质专用小麦对提高中国小麦国际市场竞争力、增加农民收入、发展农村经济具有重要意义。回顾了中国优质专用小麦的发展过程,分析了中国优质专用小麦在品种品质、栽培技术、生产布局、产业化发展和质量监测体系方面存在的问题,通过分析中国小麦的产需品质结构,提出中国优质专用小麦发展的思路和对策建议。

| Abstract: | The development of quality wheat production for specific end-use plays an important role in elevating the international competitiveness of Chinese wheat, increasing the income of the peasants and developing the rural economics. The article reviewed the process of Chinese quality wheat development for specific end-use, and analyzed the problems existed in varieties quality, cultivated techniques, planting distribution, industrialized development and quality monitoring. On the basis of the analysis of production-demand structure of Chinese wheat, countermeasures of Chinese quality wheat development for specific end-use were put forward. |
