| 摘 要： | 采用ELISA对湖南省规模猪场送检的953份血清进行了猪瘟抗体的检测,对305个病例(场次)进行了猪瘟抗原的检测。结果表明未免疫猪的抗体阳性率仅为2%,免疫猪的抗体阳性率为55.59%;305个病例(场次)其猪瘟抗原的阳性率为61.97%。

| Abstract: | It was carried on the swine fever antibody examination of 953 serums and the swine fever antigen examination of 305 cases (farms) by ELISA on the Hunan Province scale pig farms. The result indicated the unvaccined pigs'' antibody positive rate is only 2%, the immunity pigs''antibody positive rate is 55.59%; 305 cases (farms), its swine fever antigen positive rate is 61.97%. |
