摩托车车架振动模态测试与有限元法计算

摘    要:摩托车车架是摩托车的重要零部件,在设计中应分析其固有频率特性,获得该车的主要阶模态下的振形,对研究车架的振动变形具有重要作用.运用有限元法计算得出了某型车架的主要阶频率和振形,并通过模态试验加以验证,试验结果证明了通过有限元法建立的模型的正确性.该研究方法在摩托车车架设计中具有实用性.

Mdal Experiment and Finite Element Method of Motorcycle Frame Vibration
Abstract:Motorcycle frame is a main part of the motorcycle whose frequency property can be analyzed in its design so as to obtain its main order vibration form. This is very important to the research on the deformation of motorcycle caused by vibration. In the paper, the main order frequency and vibration form were achieved through Finite Element Method (FEM), and the results were verified by Modal Experiment. The conclusion of the Modal Experience shows that the model of FEM is right and the method applied in motorcycle frame design is practical.
