摘    要:以兰州市园林科学研究所品种圃内两年生花叶芦苇、花叶水葱、慈姑和泽泻为试验材料,观察记载其物候期特性、越冬性和成活率,并设置4个人工冷冻处理0℃、-10℃、-15℃、-20℃,以常温为对照,研究了不同温度条件下叶片的细胞膜透性、脯氨酸(Pro)、可溶性糖(WSC)含量、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性的变化。结果表明:定植2个月后,花叶芦苇和慈姑的成活率达96%。随着低温胁迫的不断加重,4种湿地植物叶片细胞膜透性、Pro含量和WSC含量逐渐增大,POD和CAT活性呈现出先上升后下降的变化规律;综合比较各生理指标,4种湿地植物的抗寒性强弱顺序依次为:花叶芦苇花叶水葱慈姑泽泻。

Abstract:Four wetland plnats with 2-year old,including Phragmites australis var.versicolor,Scirpus validus cv.zebrinus,Sagittaria sagittifolia,Alisma orientale were chosen to test its cold resistance in the paper.The phe-nophase,wintering ability and survival rate were studied under different temperature condition(0℃、-10℃、-15℃、-20℃),the treatment under room temperature was control(CK).The cell membrane permeability, content of Proline(Pro),content of soluble sugar(WSC),activities of peroxidase(POD )and catalase (CAT ) in leaves were measured under different treatments.The results showed thatthe survival rate of phragmites aust-ralis var.Versicolo and Sagittaria sagittifolia after planting 2 months reacheed 9 6%.The cell membrane permea-bility,the contents of Pro and WSC increased with the temperature decreasing,while the activity of POD and CAT increased firstly and then declined.Based on the integrated indicators,the rank of cold resistance of 4 wet-land plants was phragmites australis var.Versicolor>Scirpus validus cv.Zebrinus >Sagittaria sagittifolia>Al-isma orientale.
