草莓茎尖染色体加倍研究

摘    要:初步建立了草莓茎尖染色体加倍的方法体系,得到了草莓野生种、种间杂种及品种共27个加倍株系和一些混倍林株系。2x、5x、8x试材分别以秋水仙素100-200mg/L、200-300mg/L、200-400mg/L处理20-30d加倍效果较好,浓度低于50mg/L时加倍不易成功。

Abstract:Chromosome doubling in strawberry succeeded and the effective doubling method through shoottip culture on the medium containing colchicine was established.Twentyseven doubled lines and some mixoploids were obtained from the wild species Fragaria pentaphylla, two pentaploid interspecific hybrids and the cultivar Houkouwase.The doubling efficiency was proved best when treated for 20-30 days with 100-200 mg/L,200-300 mg/L and 200-400 mg/L colchicine for the diploid,pentaploid and octoploid materials,respectively.The doubling seldom occurred when the concentration of colchicine was lower than 50 mg/L.
